The following are the Terms and Conditions of Tagyourgear.com. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and changes will be posted to this page as they occur.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and include your order number found in your order emails. If this is a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product free of charge. Otherwise we will work with you until your are satisfied, or refund your purchase minus 15% for the item.
Order Processing
Once your order is received, printing and processing times are up to 5 business days. Once complete, your order will ship, and you will receive an email from us.
Shipping
Our default shipping method is USPS First Class mail. First Class shipping is also included in the purchase price of all domestic US orders. International orders also default to USPS First Class mail. Shipping times to your location are shown in the links:
First Class International mail delivery times will vary by country and location.
